1. General Policy

All sales are final except as stated below. Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Rahul Parathy.

2. Before Work Begins

• If you cancel before work has started, you are entitled to a full refund of any payments made.

3. After Work Begins

• Once the project has commenced, refunds will not be issued for the work already completed.

• Deposits are non-refundable as they cover administrative, planning, and initial setup costs.

4. Service Dissatisfaction

• If you are not satisfied with the work, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue through revisions.

• If a resolution cannot be reached, a partial refund may be considered, calculated based on the percentage of work completed.

5. Monthly Maintenance Services

• You may cancel monthly maintenance services at any time. Payments already made for the current month are non-refundable.
