These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Rahul Parathy. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Work

• The scope, timeline, and cost of each project will be agreed upon in writing before work commences.

• Clients must provide necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.) promptly to avoid delays.

2. Payments

• A deposit of 50% is required before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion and before the final website is delivered.

• All prices are agreed in writing before commencement of the project.

3. Revisions

• Each project includes unlimited rounds of revisions within the agreed scope.

• Requests outside the original scope may incur additional fees.

4. Delivery and Acceptance

• The project will be considered complete when the agreed deliverables have been provided and approved by the client.

• Once the website is delivered and approved, we are not responsible for issues caused by client edits, third-party hosting, plugins, or external modifications.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data, arising from the use or inability to use the website.
